My name is Altalisia Haralson. I am a license Cosmetologist, Barber, and Aesthetician. I’ve been in the hair business since 1997 and a dedicated salon owner since 2004. My life has been focused on all aspects of this business: photo shoots, trade show exhibits, volunteering my services to those in need, particularly at-risk teens. I am the first women to ever win a Bronner Brothers' Barbering Competition. It is very fulfilling to make people look and feel good about themselves. So it disturbed me to see the number of clients with premature hair loss grow at an alarming rate. I was so bothered by this, and I began my journey to find out what could be done to help. Since that time, I have become certified in Trichology, the study of scalp and hair disorders. This gave me the opportunity to shadow one of Atlanta’s leading Dermatologist, Dr. Sumayah Taliaferro.
